Welcome to The Opus Way. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and enrollment in our coaching programs for CLAT, NIFT, NID, and SAT. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Enrollment and Services

• Registration: Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. The Opus Way reserves the right to reject admission if false information is provided.
• Course Content: The Opus Way provides coaching, study materials, and mock tests as per the specific course curriculum. We reserve the right to update or modify the curriculum to align with the latest exam patterns.
• Batch Allocation: Batch timings and faculty allocation are at the sole discretion of the institute. While we try to accommodate requests, specific batch availability is not guaranteed.

2. Fees and Payments

• Payment: All fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment schedule before the commencement of classes.
• Non-Refundable: Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to discontinuing the course, medical emergencies, or transfer to another city.
• Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other government levies.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All study materials, online content, recorded lectures, mock tests, and handouts provided by The Opus Way are the intellectual property of the institute.

• Materials are for the personal use of the enrolled student only.
• Prohibition: Copying, sharing, reproducing, or selling any Opus Way content to third parties is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate cancellation of enrollment and legal action.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum within the institute premises and in online sessions.

• Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior towards faculty, staff, or fellow students will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
• Regular attendance and completion of assignments are recommended for best results.

5. Limitation of Liability

While The Opus Way strives to provide the best coaching, we do not guarantee admission to any specific university or institute (e.g., NLUs, NIFTs, NIDs). Results depend on the student's individual effort and performance in the actual exam. The Opus Way is not liable for any technical disruptions in online classes beyond our reasonable control.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
