AIBE IX 2015 on Dec 13; online registration to begin in September

The All India Bar Council of India (AIBE) IX for the year 2015 is to be conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) on December 13. The registration will be done in online mode beginning from September. If you possess a LL.B degree and are interested in practicing the profession of law in India need to appear and qualify AIBE.

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) IX 2015 Applications will be processed in online mode only. You need to remit an application fee of Rs. 2500 through Bank Challan only.

AIBE IX 2015 shall be an offline (paper-pen) mode exam comprising as many as 100 questions of the objective (multiple-choice questions) nature, covering a total of 15 sections including Constitutional Law, Civil Penal Code, Criminal Penal Code, Indian Penal Code, Law of Contract, Jurisprudence, Company law, Labour and Industrial Law, and Law of Torts.

Candidates can appear for the test in any of 11 languages, to be chosen by them while registering for the professional exam.

AIBE IX 2015 shall be an open-book examination to be conducted in as many as 40 cities across India.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) conducts AIBE to test an advocate’s capability to practice law profession in India. After qualifying AIBE, candidates will be awarded ‘Certificate of Practice’ by Bar Council of India.
